Community Information Day: Draft Precinct Plan former Katoomba Golf Course

Free Community Information Day on-site at the former Katoomba Golf Course highlighting proposed plans for the precinct.

About this event

Blue Mountains City Council has endorsed the public exhibition of the Draft Precinct Plan for the former Katoomba Golf Course Site. The plan will be on public exhibition until 28 April.

Join us on-site at the former Katoomba Golf Course for a range of activities highlighting proposed activations of the precinct, drop into our community information sessions, and join several information and environmental discovery tours.

Please register your attendance by clicking on the event, then select one of the following free ticketing options:

* TO ATTEND THE INFORMATION DAY ONLY: Select the GENERAL ADMISSION option.

There are some activities that require separate booking, as numbers are limited:

* PRECINCT INFORMATION TOURS: 10.30-11.30am or 12.30-1.30pm.

To attend the Information Day + a Precinct Tour: Select the GENERAL ADMISSION AND TOUR OF SITE options with your preferred time.

* BRUNCH WITH THE BIRDS: 10.30am – 12pm

*To attend the Brunch with the Birds: Select the GENERAL ADMISSION AND BRUNCH WITH THE BIRDS option.

All other activities do not require seperate bookings and can be accessed with a GENERAL ADMISSION ticket.

Council staff will be on site to provide direction.

The majority of activities will be centred around the former club house. Please arrive at the club house first to sign in and be briefed by our Council staff.

We encourage alternative modes of transport such as cycling, walk or taking the bus 686(G) to site. Please be respectful of nearby residents and only park in designated parking areas.

By registering to participate in a walking tour you are agreeing to take personal responsibility for your own safety along with any children in your care.

Please bring suitable footwear, sun protection and water.
